Cody Balfour (コーディバルフォア?) is a young police officer within the Ergastulum Police department and is also Chad Adkins' junior partner.

Cody seems to be a handsome young man. He has dark brown hair and a pair of light blue eyes. He uses his attire neatly unlike his superior, Chad Adkins who wears his tie loose. Cody's suit is black, sharp-looking, and well-fitted.
Personality[]
He is quick to fluster and likes to do things by the book. When things don't go according to the rules as he knows them he becomes confused and doesn't know how to improvise. He is often suprised with actions Chad Adkins takes, notably when the choices are about the Benriya.
Background[]
Cody is a police officer and Chad's junior partner. Usually, he's the one who does the paperwork. Unlike Chad, Cody doesn't really know a lot about Worick and Nicolas.
